Run as far as you can, how you spend the 48 hours is up to you.

Then Skanderborg Ultra’s 48 hour run is the challenge for you!

You get 48 hours and how you choose to spend them is 100% up to you.

Team of maximum 3 runners

Gather a running team of 3 contestants and make the most of every minute.

If you join the race as a team, one runner from the team must be moving at the course at all times, with exception of the time in the switching area when the chip is passed  from one runner to another.

Team of maximum 6 runners

Gather a running team of 6 contestants and make the most of every minute.

If you join the race as a team, one runner from the team must be moving at the course at all times, with exception of the time in the switching area when the chip is passed  from one runner to another.

There will be a total maximum of 120 runners

The program for 48 hour run

Friday the 18th of October

08.00: Guides are present at the course

10.00: Runners may collect their chip

12.00: The 48 hour run kicks off

17.00: The course is lit up until 7 am Saturday

 

22.00: Please respect the sleeping runners

Saturday the 19th of October

00-04:  Soup is served in the goal area

06.00: The area is considered awake

12.00: The 24 hour run kicks off

17.00: The course is lit up until 7 am Sunday

 

22.00: Please respect the sleeping runners

Sunday the 20th of October

00.00: The 12 hour run kicks off

00-04:  Soup is served in the goal area

06.00: The area is considered awake

12.00: End race and all results can be accesed

The 1000 m course

 

The course is 1000 m long in order to make it as simple to hold track of the kilometers while running.

This is currently held by Torill Fonn with 374,999 km.
