visa to enter Denmark (Schengen area), you have the opportunity to apply for a visa in connection with your participation in the race.<\/p><p data-start=\"145\" data-end=\"321\">\u00a0<\/p><h2 data-start=\"145\" data-end=\"321\">Note that Skanderborg Ultra, is in no way, in charge of the application for a visa, and\/or responsible for sending the application in due time, and\/or making sure the application for Visa is approved.<\/h2><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4 data-start=\"323\" data-end=\"345\"><strong data-start=\"328\" data-end=\"345\">How to apply:<\/strong><\/h4><ol data-start=\"347\" data-end=\"1804\"><li data-start=\"347\" data-end=\"934\"><p data-start=\"350\" data-end=\"393\"><strong data-start=\"350\" data-end=\"393\">Fill out the visa invitation form (VU3)<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"397\" data-end=\"934\"><li data-start=\"397\" data-end=\"482\"><p data-start=\"399\" data-end=\"482\">Once you register for the race, you will receive a special visa form (VU3) from us.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"486\" data-end=\"571\"><p data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"571\">It is important that you complete the form clearly and accurately in block letters.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"575\" data-end=\"851\"><p data-start=\"577\" data-end=\"613\">The form includes information about:<\/p><ul data-start=\"619\" data-end=\"851\"><li data-start=\"619\" data-end=\"683\"><p data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"683\">Your full name, date of birth, address, and passport details<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"766\"><p data-start=\"691\" data-end=\"766\">Your affiliation with a club or running organization in your home country<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"772\" data-end=\"851\"><p data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"851\">Your contact information and the purpose of your visit (race participation)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-start=\"855\" data-end=\"934\"><p data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"934\">You must also indicate who will cover your travel and accommodation expenses.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-start=\"936\" data-end=\"1148\"><p data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"968\"><strong data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"968\">Return the completed form<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"1148\"><li data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"1032\"><p data-start=\"974\" data-end=\"1032\">Once completed, return the form to us as soon as possible.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1036\" data-end=\"1148\"><p data-start=\"1038\" data-end=\"1148\">We will use your information to prepare an official invitation that must be included in your visa application.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1417\"><p data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1193\"><strong data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1193\">Receive the official visa invitation<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1417\"><li data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1281\"><p data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1281\">After we receive and process your form, we will send you a signed visa invitation.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1285\" data-end=\"1417\"><p data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1417\">This invitation is part of the required documentation when applying for a visa at the Danish embassy or consulate in your country.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-start=\"1419\" data-end=\"1804\"><p data-start=\"1422\" data-end=\"1457\"><strong data-start=\"1422\" data-end=\"1457\">Apply for a visa at the embassy<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"1461\" data-end=\"1804\"><li data-start=\"1461\" data-end=\"1559\"><p data-start=\"1463\" data-end=\"1559\">You must contact and apply for the visa at the Danish embassy or consulate in your home country.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1563\" data-end=\"1804\"><p data-start=\"1565\" data-end=\"1583\">Remember to data-end=\"1804\"><p data-start=\"1742\" data-end=\"1804\">Proof of race registration (confirmation email, receipt, etc.)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><h4 data-start=\"1806\" data-end=\"1825\"><strong data-start=\"1811\" data-end=\"1825\">Important:<\/strong><\/h4><ul data-start=\"1826\" data-end=\"2092\"><li data-start=\"1826\" data-end=\"1928\"><p data-start=\"1828\" data-end=\"1928\">Please begin the visa process well in advance \u2013 at least <strong data-start=\"1885\" data-end=\"1912\">6 weeks before the race<\/strong> is recommended.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1929\" data-end=\"2017\"><p data-start=\"1931\" data-end=\"2017\">It is your responsibility to obtain a visa and comply with entry and exit regulations.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2018\"
